IoT Solutions Specialist

Quick Algorithm Analytics is looking for a talented, motivated IoT Solutions Specialist with an entrepreneurial mindset to expand our team. You will be responsible for supporting business development from the engineering of the offer to the growth and adoption of the Scops solution. This role represents a great opportunity for learning and growth. You will work closely with both our Sales and Engineering teams. Plus, you'll receive mentorship, guidance, and support directly from the CEO. We'll rely on you to contribute to our priorities and to help us grow. The candidate must be positive, adaptable and enterprising.

What are we looking for

‍

• Technical background (e.g. Technical Institute, Engineering or similar)
• Knowledge in one of the following areas:
  • Electronics and Electrical Engineering
  • Automation
  • Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT)
• Experience in contacting customers to define projects in the industrial field
• Excellent knowledge of Excel or Google Sheet
• Excellent verbal, listening and presentation skills
• Ability to manage and prioritize activities
• Possibility to travel by car to go to the customer's office for inspections
• Willingness and flexibility to get involved in a dynamic Startup reality
• Plus: Past experience as a sales technician, technical support, or similar
• Plus: Good knowledge of English

What will you do

‍

• Support the sales team in presenting solutions to the customer
• Inspection activities and visits to customers
• Engineering of the commercial technical offer appropriate and specific to the customer's needs
• Ongoing after-sales support to the customer as the company's main point of reference
• Coordination with the Engineering/Product team to meet customer needs
• Internal feedback on product tools and functionality
• Identifying up-sell opportunities
• Scouting of IoT hardware solutions compatible with our software offer for integration into our portfolio

• Remuneration: To be defined based on experience + Bonus
