Junior IoT Technician

Quick Algorithm Analytics is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Junior IoT Technician to join our team. In this role, you'll support the development and adoption of our Scops solution, operating under the guidance of our most experienced specialists. What are we looking for

‍

• Technical Institute Diploma with specialization in Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanics or Automation (We also evaluate people in the last year of study for remote part-time work)
• Maximum two years of experience in technical or support roles.
• Strong interest in technology and ability to work on hardware components
• Good communication skills and interaction with customers.
• Ability to work in teams and to adapt quickly to a changing environment.
• Willingness to travel for customer visits (driving license is required)
• Necessary condition: passion for mechanics or electronics, highlighted by practical experience in the field both in free time and with part-time jobs
• Plus: Basic knowledge of English.
  
• Plus: Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets.
  
• Plus: Knowledge of the use of PLCs or mechanical processing tools.

Responsibility

‍

• Assistance to the sales team in demonstrating technological solutions to customers.
  
• Participation in inspections and meetings with customers to better understand their needs.
  
• Support in engineering offerings based on specific customer requirements.
  
• Provide ongoing post-sales support.
  
• Collaboration with the Engineering team to ensure that customer needs are met.
  
• Collect feedback from customers to improve the products and solutions offered.
  
• Exploration of new IoT hardware solutions to be integrated into our portfolio.
  
• Carrying out tests and developing new products, including the assembly of prototypes and small production batches.
  
• Possibility to cover a variety of additional tasks according to the needs of the moment, in typical startup style.

• Where: Talent Garden Calabiana, Milan, Italy, with hybrid work opportunities.
• Flexibility for candidates who live outside Milan, requiring office presence initially for 3 days a week, with a possible reduction to 2 days based on performance.
